Director of Customer Success
Ascendo is a leader in the mobile software industry. We develop
and sell best-of-breed applications for iPhone, Android & BlackBerry and
desktop software for Mac & Windows.
We are looking for an innovative, highly motivated individual to maximize
customer success by providing excellent email support and improving self-help
resources such as user guides & FAQs. The position will evolve to include
product management responsibilities such as marketing and defining new product
features.
The person selected for the position will work directly with
the founder & CEO of Ascendo, Marc Bolh.
The primary criteria for the position are a passion for the mobile industry and
a strong motivation to contribute to Ascendo's success. Skills required to excel
in this position include fluent written English and the ability to interact effectively with customers.
Relevant skills may include simple web page editing, word processing, working
with spreadsheets, ability to test products, marketing through forums,
twitter, etc. Experiences in similar areas or that show the ability to learn
these types of skills quickly will be taken into consideration.
This position is off-site and requires access to a computer and a fast internet
connection. We are open to candidates regardless of location, age & special circumstance
as long as they display an aptitude for hard work, persistence and continual
improvement. A technical background is not required but is a plus.
Initially, we are looking for a time commitment of between 10
and 20 hours per week. This opening can evolve into a full-time employment. We are open to working with freelancers & moonlighters who
are motivated to grow the position.
Remuneration will be an hourly rate commensurate with contribution level
and a substantial monthly bonus based on performance. Full-time partners are
eligible for profit sharing.
