If you are having difficulty using Ascendo DataVault, please read the appropriate section in the user guide and follow the instructions carefully. Click here to go to the user guide table of contents.

If you do not find a solution in the user guide of FAQ page, and you require technical support, please send an email to wallet_support@ascendo-inc.com including: 

  • Product Name & Version (Select About from main menu to determine this). 
  • Your handset model number.
  • A precise description of the issue including the steps you took, what you observed and an exact error message if one appeared.
